Education: School of Law of the National University of Córdoba (Argentina), 1988. M.A. (International Economics), University of Denver (USA), 1993 (Honors).
Prior experience: The World Bank (Washington), 1993-94. Clifford Chance (London), 1994-97. Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (Buenos Aires), 1998-99. Estudio O’Farrell (Buenos Aires), 1999-2003. Independent legal practitioner since 2005.
Former independent member of the board of directors at Petrobras and member of the statutory audit committee at RJ Delta SGFCI. Former member of the board and legal director of Raghsa S.A.
Lecturer at a graduate course on International Financial Transactions at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
