The Corporate profile and the important organizations that are clients of the Firm, were the basis for the creation of a Corporate Criminal Law Department focused and specialized in the corporate service. The Department seeks to achieve a corporate criminal counselling that brings assistance both for the internal control mechanisms of the institutions (aiming to prevent different kinds of fraud and/or ilicits that the commercial organizations may suffer) and for the legal defenses in case of charges from the pertaining judicial courts. Likewise, the focus of the Criminal Law enables a better placement of the entity in the recolection and reconstruction of the incriminating proofs, as well as in its presentation and representation at the corresponding Criminal Courts.
