As far as electricity is concerned, we provide legal assistance to Nichimen America Inc., Nichimen Argentina S.A., Mitsubishi Argentina S.A. and Mitsubishi Corporation (Argentina Branch) in their day to day business. Additionally, we have acted as counsel for Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi heavy industries in the Central Costanera S.A. power plant construction project and we advised and represented Nichimen Argentina S.A. in all the matters concerning the turn key contract for the AES Paraná power plant. |
