Education: Argentine Catholic University. Graduated with honors. Master in Environmental Law (LL.M.), Pace University, NY, USA. Director of the Postgraduate Program of Environmental and Energetic Law of Austral University (Since 1995).
Professor of Environmental Law for the Master Courses of Administrative Law, Corporate Law and Judicial Magistracy of Austral University and in the Oil and Gas Specialization Program of University of Buenos Aires.
