Nicholson y Cano advises and represents both institutional and entrepreneurial clients in connection with real estate transactions: acquisition, sale, exchange, financing, development, commercialization and management of real estate property; and in connection with construc-tion projects, land use and zoning. Nicholson y Cano has also developed experience in the real estate needs of financial companies and industrial and consumer products companies; and negotiates construction loans, cash flow and developments loans, sale-lease backs, equity participations, trust and real estate funds, securitization, joint ventures, managementand service agreements.

For new properties, our lawyers assist in land acquisition and all phases of development and commercialization (sales, leasing, rental contracts, etc.). For existing properties, our work includes drafting the purchase documentation and assisting with finance agreements and/or rebuilding contracts. In both cases, including the previous due diligence over the property.
Once the facility is operational or the development is finished, our lawyers work with the owners in negotiating management agreements, service contracts, commercialization contracts and other legal documents necessary for smooth day-today operation and/or commercialization of the property.
