Nicholson y Cano represents many clients in the services sector, in particular in the telecommunications and health business. In the telecommunications sector the firm has represented both local and international companies in privatizations and public biddings.
For example, we provided advice to TRW, Inc. (American) and DDI Corporation (Japanese) in connection with different transactions, and we also acted as counsel to Italcable S.P.A. (currently Stet International Netherlands).
The Firm have also provided legal assistance to several Internet and telecommunication companies such as Claxon and Global Crossing.
Within the health sector, the Firm has advised some of the main health insurance companies in Argentina, such as Swiss Medical Group, regarding the different legal issues that they face in their day to day business.
We have also provided counsel to several institutions and companies concerning the legal framework that rules their activity and we have cooperated with them in the analysis of projected regulations that may affect their business.
